null2.one is a product engineering studio focused on hardware, embedded systems, and the intersection of physical and digital. We work with founders and engineering teams who are building technically difficult products and need senior-level engineering leadership to get from concept to production.

We are not a development agency. We don't take every project that comes in. We specialize in a narrow set of hard problems — and we do that work at a level that most generalist firms cannot.

Where this comes from.

null2.one was founded by engineers who spent years working inside product companies, defence programs, and industrial R&D — not agencies. The engineering discipline we apply to client projects was developed in environments where systems had to work: defence platforms, medical devices, industrial robotics, and consumer products that shipped at volume.

We've worked with organizations ranging from early-stage hardware startups to Fortune 500 defence primes. That range matters — it means we know how to move fast when speed is critical, and we know how to be rigorous when the stakes demand it.
